Opening in Spring 2009, The Veranda is the most unique resort on Providenciales, the main island in the Turks & Caicos chain. Residents and guests will experience a wonderful combination of amenities and services.

As the Caribbean’s only beachfront residential resort community of its kind, The Veranda features architectural styles inspired from legendary coastal destinations like Nantucket and Marblehead in Massachusetts and Harbour Island in the Bahamas. The community blends tropical exterior colors, lush landscaping, and inviting walkways throughout the accommodations, restaurants, swimming pools, and peaceful spots, all steps from world- famous Grace Bay Beach.

The Veranda has all the amenities you would expect of a luxury Caribbean resort, and all directly fronting the world’s most fabulous, 12-mile-long, sugar-white sand beach. The community has 143 individual homes varying in size from studio suites to four bedroom detached beachfront houses.

The Veranda will have a beachfront restaurant and bar with roof terrace, four swimming pools, a spa & fitness centre with yoga & Pilates, a gift shop, a market and bistro,  wedding and special events planning and catering services, 24/7 room service, conference facilities, a children’s program, and many more special services.
