The Veranda is a 10-acre beachfront resort development that has 143 units consisting of one, two, three and four bedroom villas, club class rooms in the Veranda House and eight beach front, three-bed /three-bath houses each with private plunge pools.  The development, which is approximately 75 percent complete, has recently been purchased by Faez Limited.  Faez has assembled a team of professionals with a successful track record of developing five-star Caribbean resorts to conduct a comprehensive design and operational review and manage the completion of this project.

Sutherland, President of The Hemisphere Group, a leading International real estate advisory firm based in Coral Gables Florida; Jeffrey Lee, Principal of Lee and Astwood, a leading Turks and Caicos architectural firm and James Small of Fountainhead Construction Ltd., a leading Turks and Caicos construction services company.
